Return Policy

Return Policy

Our standard return policy lasts 120 days. If 120 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t any longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused
  2. In the same condition that you received it
  3. In the original packaging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Some examples of non-returnable items on the Arousing Appetites store include:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Used health and personal care items

If your item does qualify for a return, we’ll require either a receipt, an order number or any other proof of purchase to process it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This might include:

  1. Any item not in its original condition
  2. Any item damaged or with missing parts for reasons that were not caused by our error
  3. Any item that is returned more than 120 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if we can or cannot approve your request for a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It may take some time before your refund is fully posted. If you don’t receive it after several days, please let us know at contact@arousingappetites.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@arousingappetites.com, and we’ll arrange the proper return details for the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, first contact us at contact@arousingappetites.com, and we will let you know where best to mail your product back to. At that time, a team member from Arousing Appetites will arrange for a prepaid shipping label that you can use to send the product back to us.

It is your responsibility to properly package the product such that it is not damaged further than it might already be. If we determine that extra damage has been caused to the product due to the way in which it was packaged prior to return shipping, that may adversely impact the refundable amount you may receive for your product.
